Manual Handling is about teaching your employees how to move heavy items safety either by lifting, carrying, lowering, pushing or pulling them. This is essential training for all employees who may be faced with heavy lifting.

This approved course has been designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to be safer in the workplace, which as a result will minimise the risk of injuries and absences.
