This course relates to asbestos management, asbestos awareness, asbestos removal and asbestos testing.

Asbestos is particularly relevant to all trades associated to the construction industry. Asbestos can be a considerable danger to health.

This ½ day course is for anyone undertaking building, maintenance, installation and other buildings that could contain asbestos.

The course provides health and safety information.

We will cover:

  • Health effects of asbestos exposure
  • Asbestos in buildings
  • Asbestos and related Health and Safety
  • Regulations
  • Knowing what processes release fibres
  • Understanding the emergency procedures
